About Shannon Thurmond

Mr. Thurmond attended USC where he received a BS in Business Administration. He also received an MBA from Pepperdine University. Mr. Thurmond has held a California real estate brokers license since 1988. He is a licensed life insurance agent; he is certified to market annuities, and consultant families with college planning and college funding strategies. 

Shannon Thurmond has worked in various areas of finance and financing management including working as a Vice President for a fortune 100 company in addition to owning his own firm. He also previously worked as the President of the campus of a Southern California postsecondary career college.

Currently Shannon Thurmond enjoys helping families and businesses by sharing with them common sense strategies of improving their financial future. 

Shannon has lived in Orange County, California since 1999 and is married to his college sweetheart. He is the father of four grown children and the proud grandfather of five grandchildren. He is also active in his church and community.
